Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your GizmO app account and the personal data associated with it. Fill in the form with your account email and we will process the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

, Your account and profile details
, Your pet profiles, appointments, reminders and health records
, Contact details and notification preferences

What is retained

Data required by tax and accounting law (for example payment invoices) is retained for the legally required period and deleted afterwards.

Security and privacy
